How can I book myself onto a course?

You can book online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week if you have a Visa or Master Card.  If you would prefer to book over the telephone with your Visa or Master Card, you can do so during office hours by calling on (08) 9225 5122.  Alternatively, you can visit our office at 3 Aberdeen Street, Perth 6000 to book and pay over the counter with either Cash or EFTPOS.

Full payment is required at the time of booking.

How do I obtain my Username and Password to use the online pre-course training?

If you book either Forklift, EWP or First Aid online, you can choose to receive your username and password as part of the booking process, to your email address.  If you book over the counter, phone or have lost your Username and Password, simply click the "?" icon next to the login boxes on the home page and complete your full name (as given at the time of booking) and your date of birth, and the login details will be emailed to the email address provided at the time of booking.

What are the office opening hours?

For bookings or general enquires our office hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday and 9:00am until midday on Saturdays .

Course check-in starts at 7.00am Monday to Saturday.

What do I do if I have lost my certificate or card?

You need to contact the Registered Training Organisation (RTO) that you originally sat your course with in order to arrange a replacement.  Each RTO can charge a replacement fee at their own discretion.

If you sat your course with Training Course Experts, you can contact our office during office hours to arrange a replacement on (08) 9225 5122 or drop into our office to receive your replacement certificate/card on the spot.

Training Course Experts charge a $15 fee for replacement cards and certificates.

What do I need to bring along to my course?

You will need sufficient ID to sit your course.  Some courses also require that you complete work prior to the course and/or that you wear certain clothing.  You should check the specific "Pre-Course Information Sheet" relevant for the course you wish to sit, located on each course web-page.

What if I want to cancel or reschedule my course?

We encourage you to read our Refund Policy (located at the bottom of each course web page) prior to booking.  This clearly sets out our cancellation and refund policy for each particular course.

Where is the best place to park my car when attending a course?

We have free parking on-site next to our office at 3 Aberdeen Street, Perth.

When will I receive my certificate after successfully completing the course?

Certificates are issued on the same day, upon successful completion of the course.

Will I receive a discounted course price if I have a group of people to book in?

Generally speaking, we do not offer discounts for group bookings on our publicly run courses.

However, course fees can be flexible for group training sessions run at our client's premises, depending on such factors as location, number of participants, trainer availability and timeframe.  If you would like to find out more about group bookings, please contact our office during office hours on (08) 9225 5122.
